WIC Services
CommuniHealth Services offers WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) services to support healthy pregnancies, growing babies, and young children. WIC provides nutrition education, breastfeeding support, healthy food benefits, and referrals to other helpful services for eligible women, infants, and children.

Immunizations
We provide vaccinations and immunizations for children and adults at many convenient locations. We work to support your immunity to potentially life-threatening diseases with on-time vaccinations.
Laboratory
We offer access to affordable laboratory tests by staffing professional personnel to assist with specimen collection. In most cases, we receive results within 24 hours.
Pharmacy Services
CommuniHealth Services makes it convenient to get the medications you need by offering full-service pharmacies embedded within our health centers. Our pharmacies work closely with your healthcare provider to help ensure timely access to prescribed medications, personalized support, and a seamless healthcare experience.
Diabetic Education Classes
Diabetes is growing at an epidemic rate in the United States. We are partnering with our patients to combat the diabetes epidemic and to maintain quality of life.
Medical Translation Services
We make every effort to comply with The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Medical translation is available at no charge when an interpreter is needed for hearing impaired patients and for those who do not speak the English language.
Transportation
Non-emergency transportation is available for our patients to and from CommuniHealth Services locations.
Sliding Fee Discount Program
The sliding fee discount program is intended to minimize financial barriers to care for patients whose household income is at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
